Adam McNab scores a double eagle!!

With a strong headwind and cars buzzing by on Maybank highway, Adam McNab accomplished a feat that is statistically superior to a hole in one. He scored a double eagle. A hole in one is two under par for the hole, while a double eagle is 3 under. On number 10 at Charleston Municipal, Adam muscled his drive over 300 yards down the left side of the fairway. Even though Adam regularly beats our rag-tag crew of hackers, I still couldn't believe he was going for the green from the left side. I knew he wasn't gonna play it safe when I saw him pull out his 3 wood. He shaped the shot around the treeline, landing a foot from the cup, with a backspin that finished the job. No one could make that shot. But Adam did. We all did a victory dance for about 5 minutes after he removed the ball from the cup. (sorry to the foursome behind us...) Hal, Jon, Adam and myself signed the score card as witnesses, and I am going to send it in to the Post and Courier for a write up. Adam, you are a legend.
